Two parking spots with unlimited street for overflow cars . Light open airy rooms , fantastic kitchen and bathrooms all with brand new furniture and linens. A true outdoor oasis with a front porch , covered patio and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy yourself after a day of sailing, shopping in town or taking in a game . Go Navy :)
We sleep 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and three full baths. Please note The first floor bedroom is a queen Pull out sofa. This home is a good fit for families looking to relax in a quiet environment. Please note we do not allow wedding groups , Bach/ Ette events etc. Minimum age of 30 with ID required .STR license number 144990
Murray Hill is the classic Annapolis neighborhood. Walkable to downtown yet without all of the congestion , noise and parking issues . Spa Creek park is two blocks from the house where you can look out at the water to truxton park.
No Bach /Ette events .
It’s a quiet neighborhood - one mile walk to Stadium and 1.5 to USNA / City Dock / Downtown area
Absolutely no smoking , pets , parties or events. We do have ring cameras out front and back for safety .

July 2025Our stay at Megan's was great! The house was beautiful, the beds were plush and cozy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet but not too far from downtown Annapolis. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

June 2021A gorgeous house. Perfect for getting ready for your wedding. Very open and photogenic. Nextdoor neighbors were partying pretty loud during our stay. Just a heads up. Other than that the property was very accommodating. Excellent stay.

August 2021This house is amazing! Beautifully decorated, but not cluttered. Plenty of room for guests to hang. Everything was clean and as pictured. Back porch and fire pit were awesome additions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind a little walk into town. Loved it!

November 2022What a great location & comfortable home to stay in!! About a 20 minute walk down town to the water. We loved the outdoor space & back yard. Beds and bedroom/living area were comfortable & place smelled and felt very clean.

May 2023Great stay for a weekend getaway with my wife and son. Lots of space with a nice sized backyard and porch on a quiet street. Not too far from town, so definitely walkable. Would stay again.
